Zimbabwe has minimal wine production, as its climate and economic conditions have not supported the development of a significant viticultural sector. Most grapes are grown for table fruit or juice rather than wine.

A small number of estates have experimented with wine production, often drawing on South African expertise. For now, Zimbabwe remains a country of untapped potential, with wine playing only a minor role in its agricultural landscape.
