Sula Vineyards and a growing number of smaller producers focus on international varieties such as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chenin Blanc. While the tropical climate presents challenges, India's wine scene is expanding rapidly, driven by rising domestic demand and an increasingly cosmopolitan audience.
