About the Winery
Established in 2001 by Howard and Elly Spark. A boutique winery producing cool climate Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot and Semillon at 700m above sea level on deep red soils. The limestone-clad cellar door overlooks Lake Sooley.
