Joshua Cooper Wines is a Macedon Ranges winery producing wines from a selection of Central and Western Victorian vineyards. Joshua, son of Cobaw Ridge founders Allan and Nelly Cooper, focuses on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon using minimal intervention winemaking.
