About the Winery
A small boutique winery established in 1998 by Ross and Robyne Trimboli. The Cassini Vineyard on Kangaroo Island was planted in 2001 with Shiraz, Cabernet, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Also sources grapes from Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Southern Flinders Ranges.
