About the Winery
A collaborative winemaking project from cheesemaker Nick Haddow and winemaker Jeremy Dineen. Sources Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from Yorktown near the Tamar River and Riesling from Sorell. Wines have no additions except minimal SO2.
