About the Winery
A nascent Tasmanian wine brand launched in 2023 by Justin Folloso, who previously worked with By Farr, Domaine de Montille and Stefano Lubiana. Cave Wines produces Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc from Coal River Valley fruit with a focus on vitality and transparency.
