Wayward Winery

About the Winery

Wayward Winery is located in Waubra, about twenty minutes from Ballarat, on the side of the dormant volcano Quoin Hill. It grows pinot noir, pinot gris, chardonnay and shiraz, and has a 60 seat restaurant with an emphasis on cooking with fire, plus accommodation in a 1920s homestead.
