About the Winery
Nicol's Paddock is a small family run winery and restaurant in Waurn Ponds on the outskirts of Geelong. Vines were first planted in 1997 by Peter Nicol and the winery produces estate grown shiraz, rose, viognier and a red blend. It was formerly known as Saint Regis Winery.
