About the Winery

Greenhill Wines is an estate winery at Summertown in the Piccadilly Valley, Adelaide Hills, describing itself as the highest altitude cellar door in South Australia. Its wines are hand-made by founder and winemaker Dr Paul Henschke, and the estate is also home to Restaurant Hester.
