About the Winery
Former pro boxer turned winemaker. Organic winery at foot of Sudosan Mountain (1,317m) on volcanic soil. Uses Amarone method drying grapes before fermentation. Aged 30-36 months in oak barrels. Gold Medal at Berliner Wine Trophy 2022. Exports to Mongolia and Singapore. ~3,500 bottles/year.
