About the Winery
Quinta da Alorna is a historic estate dating back to 1725, located along the banks of the Tejo River in the Tejo wine region, covering 6,400 acres with 400 acres of vineyards. The estate cultivates varieties including Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet, Fernão Pires, Arinto, and Chardonnay across two distinct terroirs, Campo and Charneca. The Lopo de Carvalho family has cultivated the estate for five generations, and visitors can enjoy guided tours and tastings.
