About the Winery

Adega Cooperativa de Silves is part of ÚNICA, the only active cooperative winery in the Algarve, formed from the historic merger of cooperatives in the region. The cooperative receives grapes from across the Algarve and produces wines from traditional local varieties, playing a central role in preserving the region's viticultural heritage. Wine tourism visits can be arranged to learn about the cooperative's production methods and taste their wines.
