About the Winery

Manzwine is a boutique winery in Cheleiros, near Mafra in the Lisboa wine region, built on the historical revival of the village and the nearly extinct Jampal grape variety. Founded by Andre Manz, the winery produces the exclusive Dona Fatima, the only wine in the world made from 100 percent Jampal grapes, which was named among the 50 Best Wines of Portugal in 2011. The winery offers guided tours including a museum visit, barrel room tour, and tastings of six wines paired with Mafra bread and olive oil.
