About the Winery

Adega Cooperativa da Batalha is located in the center of Portugal, approximately 120 kilometers north of Lisbon, in the Encostas d'Aire DOC and Lisboa IGP wine regions. Founded as a cooperative, the winery produces red, white, and rose wines under principal labels including Arqueiros, Ala dos Namorados, Real Batalha, and Cruz d'Aviz. The cooperative works with local grape growers to produce wines with mature red fruit aromas and fresh whites with floral notes.
