Quinta do Gradil

About the Winery

Quinta do Gradil is one of the oldest estates in Cadaval, with documentary references dating back to 1492, and was owned by the Marquês de Pombal from 1760. The 200-hectare property includes 80 hectares of vineyards near the Serra de Montejunto, producing wines from Arinto, Fernão Pires, Viosinho, Alvarinho, Sauvignon Blanc and Tannat. The estate offers wine tours, tastings, picnics and brunches Monday to Saturday.
