About the Winery

Quinta dos Termos is a family-run winery in the Beira Interior DOC near Belmonte and the Serra da Estrela mountain range, with an annual production of approximately 800,000 bottles from vineyards situated at altitudes of approximately 750 meters on granite soils with southern exposure. The estate cultivates a diverse range of indigenous and international varieties including Touriga Nacional, Rufete, Trincadeira, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Syrah, Fonte Cal, Síria, Arinto, Sangiovese, and Riesling, producing red, white, rosé, sparkling, sweet, and fortified wines. The winery is committed to sustainability with Integrated Crop Management certification, offers guided tours and tastings Monday through Saturday, and has received accolades including a Silver Medal at the 2017 Decanter World Wine Awards.
