About the Winery
Casa Ferreirinha is the historic house with the greatest weight in the Douro, dating back to 1751 and directed by the legendary Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira. Located in Peso da Régua, the company was the first Port producer to create quality dry wines, starting with the iconic Barca Velha in 1952. Today, winemaker Luís Sottomayor continues the tradition of excellence.
