About the Winery
Quinta de Cottas was established in 2006 by Isabel and Pedro Carmo in the Alijó Valley, in the Douro Cima Corgo sub-region. The 10-hectare estate features traditional Douro grape varieties, including some vines over 70 years old. The winery practices sustainable viticulture and produces Douro and Port wines from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and other indigenous varieties.
