About the Winery

Aphros Wine is the project of Vasco Croft in the Lima subregion of Vinho Verde, begun in 2009 with a focus on biodynamic and naturally inclined winemaking. The estate has grown to approximately 20 hectares of Loureiro vineyards and is known for its distinctive wines fermented and aged in clay amphorae without electricity or sulfites, as well as innovative low-intervention wines including pét-nats and skin-contact wines.
