Quinta da Aveleda is a family-owned enterprise founded in 1870 in the Vinho Verde region of Penafiel, owned by the Guedes family for five generations. The estate spans beautiful grounds with historic gardens, an 1850 cellar, and is the largest producer and exporter of Vinho Verde in Portugal, exporting award-winning wines to over 80 countries under brands including Aveleda and Casal Garcia.
