Zepaltas Wines was founded by Ryan Zepaltas in 2004 to focus on small-lot, cool-climate Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Ryan is now Winemaker and General Manager at Copain Wines. The Zepaltas wines were largely sold through a mailing list.
