About the Winery

Yesfolk is a family-owned and operated kombucha brewery in Troy, NY, specializing in fermented and functional beverages like kombucha, kombucha vinegar, and herbal shrubs. Co-founders Yiyi Mendoza and Adam Elabd craft beverages using organic and wild-harvested single-origin teas, fermented in custom-crafted oak barrels from Adirondack Barrel Cooperage. They also make plant therapy tonics with adaptogenic and medicinal herbs.
