About the Winery
Wing Canyon Vineyard is a small, remote family-owned winery on Mt. Veeder in the Mayacamas Mountains, owned by Bill Jenkins and Kathy Dennett. Producing less than 1,000 cases annually since their first vintage in 1991. The winery was rebuilt after the 2017 Nuns Fire. Known for handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Chardonnay from organically farmed vineyards.
