Wines of Dotson-Cervantes is a vineyard and winery in the heart of Texas, near Tow in the Hill Country. Founded by Martha and Alphonse Dotson, it has been their dream to work with Texas soil, growing prized grapes and creating wines that speak to the heart. Alphonse tells stories like no other and visiting the winery is a journey. Their wines have received state, national, and international recognition. The 2020 Ice Wine made from their Cabernet Sauvignon by Bending Branch Winery won Gold at the 2022 San Francisco International Wine Competition.
