About the Winery

Small winery producing about 250 cases per year. Founded by Joel Mills in 1996. No vineyard, sources grapes from Yakima Valley. Name came from seeing a flock of widgeons flying overhead when Joel and his brother-in-law were looking at property. Known for using American and French oak barrels for 18-20 months of aging.
