12.5-acre estate vineyard on the western edge of the Santa Rita Hills AVA in Lompoc. Organically farmed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Lower vineyard fronts the Santa Ynez River with 5 acres of Chardonnay; upper vineyard has 7.5 acres of Pinot Noir just 7 miles from the Pacific. Winemaker Justin Willett.
