About the Winery
Wedding Oak Winery is named for the historic 400-year-old matrimonial oak tree near San Saba. Founded by Mike and Lynn McHenry in 2010 with investor partners. Winemaker Penny Adams was the first woman winemaker in Texas. 100% Texas fruit. Won Double Gold and Best of Class at the 2015 San Francisco International Wine Competition. Multiple tasting rooms in San Saba, Fredericksburg, and Burnet.

Tasting rooms open seven days a week. San Saba location hours: Mon-Sat 11am-6pm, Sun 11am-5pm. Walk-ins welcome. Also has Fredericksburg and Burnet tasting rooms.
