About the Winery
WaterFire Vineyards is a boutique, certified sustainable winery located in Kewadin, Michigan, near serene Torch Lake. Opened in 2017, it is the first vineyard in the Midwest to be Certified Sustainable. The winery produces premium, small-batch wines from estate-grown European vinifera grapes. They specialize in regionally underrepresented European varieties including Sauvignon Blanc and Grüner Veltliner, as well as superb Rieslings.
