About the Winery

VARA Winery & Distillery is the only combined winery and distillery in New Mexico. Located near the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park, they craft wines and spirits blending Spanish and American traditions. Their portfolio includes premium reds, whites, and sparkling wines crafted by Laurent Gruet using Methode Champenoise, as well as French-style still wines. They offer tapas, tastings, and event hosting.
