Family-owned vineyard and winery in Garden Valley, Texas (north of Tyler) started in 2011 by biochemist Dr. Don Clark. Italian for "Valley of Peace." Four-acre vineyard, partially organic approach. Offers over 25 wines including meads and ports. Also operates a tasting room in Mineola, TX.
