About the Winery

Valhalla Meadery is Bozeman's first meadery, a craft winery specializing in mead and cider. Produces artisan mead using local Montana honey. Styles range from traditional sweet and dry meads to unique flavor combinations including beet and ginger, tea-infused, fruit and berry, and hop-infused session mead. Drawing on Scandinavian influences, the tasting room menu includes Baked Brie, smoked salmon melts, and Swedish meatballs. All food made in-house with pickled vegetables, smoked salmon and trout, and fresh lefse daily.
