About the Winery

Founded by Chris and Angie, Unlocked Vines is a cold-climate winery at 5,150 ft elevation along the front range of Casper Mountain in Central Wyoming. Chris comes from a fifth-generation South Dakota farming family and Angie's father made wine in Minnesota for over 30 years. They craft cold-vine blended wines using hardy hybrids that survive Wyoming winters as low as -30°, combining them with premium varietals from other regions.
