About the Winery
A family-owned and operated winery for three generations (Olde Chautauqua Farm), opened in September 2011. The name is inspired by the measure of sweetness in grapes. Located on a 750-acre family vineyard with around 25 different grape varieties. The largest grape growers in the region. Named one of the Top 100 influential Winemakers in the US (Kris Kane). Features a life-size pink elephant statue at entrance.

Open daily 10am-6pm. Spacious tasting room with scenic vineyard and cherry orchard views. Local craft beer and cider on tap. Small-plate food options available. Groups of 15+ require prepaid reservations.
