About the Winery
An estate winery with emphasis on Spanish foods and the running of the bulls theme. Founded by Chris Weaver and Jim Coppola in 2005. The tasting room offers dynamic views of Cayuga Lake from a high elevation. Features Spanish tapas from a food truck. 11 acres of grapevines planted including Gruner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Purchased by the Pittards in June 2020.
