About the Winery

Co-founded by Mark Welch and Greg Jelstrom, Torch Cellars is an artisanal, small-production winery in western Paso Robles. The name comes from Welch's nickname given while working at Wild Horse Winery. They craft elegant, limited-production wines sourced from distinctive vineyards in Willow Creek, El Pomar, and Templeton Gap regions.
