**BREWERY, NOT A WINERY** - Tie & Timber Beer Co. is a craft brewery and restaurant in Springfield's Rountree neighborhood, opened in 2018. Features more than a dozen hand-crafted beverages on tap, scratch-made pizza (three styles: classic round, Detroit-style square, and tavern-style thin), and live music every Friday and Saturday. Expanded in 2025 with a three-story addition.
