About the Winery
The Thistle and Stag is a local family-run meadery located in Fork Union, central Virginia. They make mead the old-fashioned way using local honey that is never pasteurized or boiled. All meads are still (not bubbly) and crafted in small batches with no chemicals, sulfates, or preservatives.
