Sustainable, family-owned vineyard on the North Fork of Long Island, specializing in crafting hand-bottled premium red, white, and sparkling wines. The 21.41-acre property sits along Peconic Bay with nearly 500 feet of shoreline. The property includes historic structures from the former Kreutzers Park Hotel (mid-to-late 1800s). The Baiz family were the fifth generation to work the land, having moved from Bronxville to bet on Long Island emerging wine industry. Featured in the 2010 film The Romantics starring Josh Duhamel, Katie Holmes, and Anna Paquin. Closed November 30, 2025 and property sold for $12.35M.
