About the Winery
Founded by Bethany, who worked at Analemma, Soter, Kosta Browne, and others before starting The Color Collector in 2015. Located outside of White Salmon on the Washington side of the Columbia Gorge. She lives on the property in a tiny home. Produces Gamay from the Willamette Valley and Columbia Gorge, plus a unique Vermouth. Uses natural fermentation in open-top fermenters with no pumps.
