About the Winery
Unique winery located in a 100-plus-year-old historic flour mill in the heart of Ohio's Amish Country. Originally built in 1908 after a fire destroyed the original mill. Was the largest flour mill in Ohio at one point. Dan and Judy Garver purchased the Old Baltic Mills in 2013 and converted it into a boutique winery. The original Russel Steam Engine with a 5-foot-diameter flywheel still rests in the cellar. Live music every Saturday from 2-5pm.

Hours: Mon-Sat 12pm-7pm, Closed Sunday. Live music every Saturday 2-5pm. Self-guided tour of the old flour mill available. Food menu includes meat and cheese board, hummus and veggie platter, pulled pork sliders, and cheesecake.
