Tatum Cellars is a boutique winery focused on single-vineyard wines that express Texas terroir. Founded by Joshua Fritsche in 2012, named after his daughter Tatum Rose. The winery focuses on dry, Provence-style rose and other single-vineyard offerings using 100% Texas grapes. Approximately 800 cases produced annually. Tasting room located in Johnson City.
