A touch of South Africa in the Finger Lakes. Tabora's wines are 100% estate-grown, harvested, and produced from 200+ acres of vines. The wine portfolio focuses on native and hybrid varieties and has expanded on vinifera plantings. The winemaker focuses on minimal intervention while maintaining pristine and traditional winemaking practices. Also features a from-scratch deli and bakery with meats, salads, quiches, fresh breads, cookies, and pies.
