About the Winery
44-acre farm, vineyard, and orchard on the North Fork of Long Island, formerly known as Ackerly Pond Vineyard. Comprises 25 acres of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Blanc grapes, plus three acres of apples and 200+ peach and nectarine trees. Owners David and Liz Shanks purchased the property in 2011. A portion of grape harvest was sold to Wölffer Estate Winery, and some wine was produced at the farm stand. Property was listed for sale in 2022.
