About the Winery
Small, award-winning winery established by Doug and Katsuko Sparks in 1997. Dedicated to producing high-quality hand-crafted wines. Practices minimal intervention winemaking guided by the "Zen Zin" philosophy. Produces around 1,500 cases annually. Sources grapes from meticulously maintained vineyards across various appellations.
