State of Mind Wine creates wines from multiple American wine regions. Their facility is located in the heart of the Coombsville AVA, producing from storied single vineyard sites throughout Rutherford, Oakville and Coombsville. The Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend is classic in style with red and black fruits, cassis, forest floor and exotic spices.
