About the Winery
Starfield Vineyards began in 2011 as a project by father and son Tom and Robert Sinton. The 31-acre vineyard in the Sierra Foothills was planted in 2013-2015 with 17 different grape varieties from Northeastern Spain, Southern France, and Italy. The first vintage from the Starfield Estate was 2016. Located in Apple Hill, the winery offers panoramic Sierra Highland views, nature trails, picnic areas, and Roman-Style Pizza Alla Pala. The entire estate is organically farmed.
