About the Winery
Standing Sun Wines focuses on Rhone variety wines, handcrafted in small lots from Santa Ynez Valley's premiere vineyards. Winemaker John Wright transitioned from preservation architect on the East Coast to full-time winemaker. The winery facility in Buellton also features Standing Sun Live, a live music concert series, and an on-site Art Gallery showcasing rotating exhibits from local and regional artists.
