About the Winery
Brent Mayeaux started Stagiaire in 2018. The name is French for apprentice. His approach is humble, hands-on, always learning. He works with regenerative and organic growers from Santa Cruz to Sonoma, staying close to the vineyard from the ground up. The wines are raw and alive-spontaneous fermentations, nothing added, nothing taken away. Based in San Francisco (Treasure Island).
