About the Winery
St. Hilaire Vineyard was planted in 1998 by John and Laural Anderson. As a veteran home winemaker, John honed his winemaking skills and began producing commercial wine in 2004 while still practicing as an Orthodontist. The commercial winery is located offsite with no tasting room at the vineyard. Five-acre vineyard producing under 500 cases annually.

No tasting room at the vineyard. Wines can be purchased by contacting John or Laural directly. Tasting available at Zoller Wine Styling in downtown Paso Robles Friday-Sunday 11am-5pm, $5 tasting fee refunded with purchase.
